Hyundai Hysco Not Dumping Steel In US, Commerce Says

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 4:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has initially determined that Hyundai Hysco Co. Ltd. did not dump corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products in 2011 and 2012 but found that other South Korean manufacturers did sell the good at below market value during that time period, according to a notice to be published in Monday's Federal Register.

The agency released the preliminary results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on carbon steel flat products from Korea, and Hyundai Hysco was the only company in the review...
