Fees In Firm's Loan Default Weren't Excessive, Pa. Court Says

Law360, Philadelphia (September 9, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- In a trio of rulings on Friday, the Pennsylvania Superior Court found that the Powell Law Group PC was not charged excessive attorneys' commissions when it was slapped with three confessions of judgment worth nearly $5 million as guarantor of a group of real estate and construction loans.
