6th Circ. Won't Revive Student Suit Against Law School

Law360, Los Angeles (September 9, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A Sixth Circuit panel on Monday affirmed a district court’s judgment dismissing a civil complaint brought against Thomas M. Cooley Law School by a former student who claims he was improperly dismissed from the school, unanimously agreeing that oral argument is not needed in the case.
