CFTC Wants Feedback On Automated Derivatives Trading Regs

Law360, Washington (September 9, 2013, 9:10 PM EDT) -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Monday released a draft report on the technological evolution of U.S. derivatives trading, asking for feedback on a number of regulatory proposals designed to curb the risks of automated derivatives trading.
