Hallmark Stole 'North Pole City' Trademark, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 3:15 PM EDT) -- A retailer of Christmas merchandise accused Hallmark Cards Inc. of misappropriating its name, "North Pole City," for use with a product line Hallmark plans to launch for the upcoming holiday season, according to a trademark infringement suit filed in Oklahoma federal court Monday.
