Okla. Appeals Court Backs $15M Award In Botox Injury Case

Law360, Los Angeles (September 10, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma appellate court panel has upheld a $15 million jury verdict in favor of a doctor in her lawsuit against Allergan Inc. over debilitating side effects she suffered from receiving an injection of the company's Botox treatment, saying the doctor met her burden of proof to show Botox caused her injuries.
