GOP Ties Spending Resolution To Senate ACA Defunding Vote

Law360, Washington (September 10, 2013, 8:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate must agree to vote on legislation designed to defund the Affordable Care Act before the Republican-led House will consider any measure allowing the government to continue operating after the end of the current fiscal year, House GOP leaders said Tuesday.
