Fla. Justices Seem Open To Limited Redistricting Depositions

Law360, Miami (September 16, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court justices on Monday seemed open to allowing limited deposition of state lawmakers in a challenge to a congressional reapportionment plan, but legislators called it “unworkable” while the groups bringing the suit said it wouldn't go far enough.
