Bankrupt National Envelope Gets Stamp On $70M Sale

Law360, Wilmington (September 11, 2013, 8:21 PM EDT) -- Private equity-owned NE Opco Inc., which does business as National Envelope, received court approval Wednesday for a $70 million sale that splits the bankrupt envelope maker's assets among three buyers while maintaining the company as a going concern.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi agreed to sign off on the tripartite transaction following a hearing in Wilmington, blessing a deal that sees Cenveo Inc. pick up National Envelope's operating assets, Hilco Receivables LLC acquire the debtor's accounts receivable and Southern Paper LLC purchase its inventory....
