Ex-DPW Official, Nonprofit Execs Embezzled $1.3M: Pa. AG

Law360, Philadelphia (September 11, 2013, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania’s attorney general on Tuesday charged a former high-ranking Department of Public Welfare official and the CEO and chief financial officer of the Philadelphia welfare-to-work nonprofit National Comprehensive Center for Fathers for embezzling $1.25 million in grant funding.
