DOE Backs Dominion LNG Export Plans From Expanded Plant

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- Dominion Resources Inc. on Wednesday received U.S. Department of Energy approval to export domestically produced natural gas to countries outside the nation's free trade agreements, which the company plans to do from its Maryland liquefaction plant that it’s seeking to expand at a price tag of $3.4 billion.
