EnerTech Closes On $120M For 4th Venture Fund

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- Canada- and Pennsylvania-based energy technology venture capital firm EnerTech Capital has closed on roughly $120 million for its fourth fund, which will invest in the U.S. and Canadian energy technology industry, EnerTech said Wednesday.

The venture capital firm closed the fund, EnerTech Capital Partners IV LP, on Aug. 31. The firm received commitments from a group of Canada- and U.S.-based limited partners, including the state of Maryland, Export Development Canada and the Business Development Bank of Canada.
