ITC To Review ALJ's Resin Trade Secrets Ruling

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday decided to review an administrative law judge's preliminary finding that a Chinese company had stolen a New York chemical maker's secret recipe for rubber resins in order to import the knockoff material into the U.S.
