EEOC Urges 8th Circ. To Revive Male Nurse's Gender Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A trial court erred by concluding a supervisor's alleged statement that she wouldn't consider a man for a nursing position wasn't “direct evidence” of bias and dismissing a suit against Audrain Health Care Inc., the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told the Eighth Circuit on Wednesday.
