Ind. AG Takes Right-To-Work Battle To State High Court

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- Indiana's attorney general on Thursday challenged a county judge's ruling that the state's right-to-work statute is unconstitutional, the same day the union challenging the law urged the Seventh Circuit to revive a separate challenge to the 2012 law in federal court.
