Sen. Urges Trade Rep. To Reconsider TPP Tobacco Plan

Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, on Thursday criticized a recently unveiled Obama administration proposal for handling tobacco regulations in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, adding to earlier complaints from public health groups that say the new plan does not do enough to protect tobacco controls.
