Pa. Bar Blasts Appeals Court's Malpractice Damage Decision

Law360, Philadelphia (September 12, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Bar Association said Tuesday that a recent decision by the state's Superior Court finding there was no limit on damages plaintiffs can seek in legal malpractice suits against civil litigators would increase attorneys' risk of exposure to liability claims and irreparably harm the profession.
