Shell Commits $500M To Ukraine Exploration After Approval

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 2:51 PM EDT) -- European oil and gas giant Royal Dutch Shell PLC has signed an agreement with the Ukrainian government greenlighting the company's operations at a local gas field and will commit $500 million to the first stage of exploration, Ukraine's energy minister announced Friday.
