US Stresses IP Protection In Midyear China Trade Talks

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 4:40 PM EDT) -- Following a round of trade talks in Beijing, U.S. trade officials said Thursday that they are continuing to explore ways to resolve trade and investment barriers in China and push the country toward more stringent intellectual property enforcement.
