New Pa. Tort Law Poses Only Minor Changes, Tubing Co. Says

Law360, Philadelphia (September 13, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A manufacturer whose steel tubing was found to have contributed to a house fire told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last Monday that the state’s adoption of a revised tort law would result in only minor changes while addressing a major deficiency in how courts currently apply the law.
