Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 1:18 PM EDT) -- The Delaware Chancery Court just ruled that sometimes even a blind squirrel gets the nut. In 2010, a preliminary procedural decision out of Delaware in the Trados case sparked concern that the traditional bargain between private equity investors and the companies they invest in was under attack.
