Fla. Court Reopens Public Records Bid For Zimmerman Email

Law360, Miami (September 13, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Friday revived a Florida man's request for an email between George Zimmerman and the city of Sanford, Fla., saying a governmental entity can't assert a public records exemption on behalf or at the direction of another governmental entity.
