Vt. Grocer Settles AG's Suit Over Slow Data Breach Response

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- Health food store Natural Provisions Inc. has agreed to upgrade its computer security system and pay a monetary fine to resolve the Vermont attorney general's allegations that it failed to promptly notify consumers and correct system vulnerabilities following a 2012 data breach, the regulator said Wednesday.
