EU Court Tosses Sanctions Against Iranian Shipping Co.

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A European court on Monday found that the European Union did not present enough evidence to tie an Iranian shipping company to that country's nuclear weapons program, a ruling that comes after the court annulled sanctions against several other Iranian companies earlier this month.
