Calif. Pro-Immigrant Push Could Catch On In Other States

Law360, San Diego (September 19, 2013, 10:28 PM EDT) -- California lawmakers have passed a spate of immigrant-friendly measures over the last month, including bills expanding rights to overtime pay, driver’s licenses and jury service, that experts say could accelerate similar reforms in other Democratic-leaning states if signed into law.
