Fed. Circ. Affirms US Win In Del Monte Tuna Tariff Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (September 16, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed a Court of International Trade ruling in favor of the United States government in Del Monte Corp.’s suit contesting U.S. Customs and Border Protection classification of two of the company's flavored tuna pouches as "tuna in oil.”
