Judge Returns Entergy Antitrust Case To State Court

Law360, New York (February 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has given New Orleans residents the green light to press on with their long-running antitrust case against Entergy and its subsidiaries in state court, saying Louisiana's judges were the “best suited” to take on the case.
