Vitter Blames EPA For Anglo American's Alaska Mine Exit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The top Republican on the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee lobbed a fresh grenade at the Environmental Protection Agency on Monday, saying it’s to blame for British mining giant Anglo American PLC pulling out of the beleaguered Pebble copper and gold project in Alaska.
