Ousted Collins O'Neal Partner Barred From Firm Business

Law360, Houston (September 17, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A Texas state judge on Monday granted Houston-area law firm Collins O'Neal & Swofford PLLC's request to ban an ousted partner from stepping foot in the firm’s offices or attempting to interfere with its business operations while it reorganizes.
