Abbott Moves To Toss Humira Suit Following Court's Sidestep

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 8:02 PM EDT) -- Abbott Laboratories urged a Tennessee federal court on Friday to rule that a woman's use of the arthritis drug Humira cannot be linked to her lymphoma, after the state's high court refused to wade into the lawsuit in August.
