New Era Scraps $180M Wind Project After 4-Year Battle

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 1:10 PM EDT) -- New Era Wind Farm LLC has scrapped plans to build a $180 million wind farm in Minnesota, effectively ending more than four years of controversy that largely surrounded the proposed project's potential impact on local wildlife, according to regulatory filings made public Tuesday.
