EPA Study Sets Stage For New CWA Jurisdiction Rules

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 6:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday moved closer to issuing new rules clarifying federal regulatory jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act, releasing a draft report from its scientific advisory board that has been characterized by environmental groups as a call for greater pollution protections.
