Victoria's Secret IP Suit Lacks US Threat, Thomas Pink Says

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 12:30 PM EDT) -- Clothier Thomas Pink Ltd. on Wednesday urged an Ohio federal judge to toss a declaratory judgment suit from the owners of Victoria's Secret surrounding its “Pink” apparel line, arguing that an infringement action Thomas Pink brought in the U.K. doesn't translate to a U.S. legal threat.
