Fla. Public Counsel Asks High Court To Ax Power Rate Hikes

Law360, Miami (September 19, 2013, 4:08 PM EDT) -- Florida's Office of Public Counsel urged the state's highest court Thursday to remand an energy rate hike package the state's Public Service Commission approved, saying the PSC violated its due process and agreed to an unfair deal for the public.
