GOP Legislation Would Sap NRC Chief's Power

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A pair of congressional Republicans floated a bill Wednesday that would revamp the power structure at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, stripping authority from its chairman and dispersing it to the agency's four other commissioners.
