NJ High Court Bars Municipal Judge From Comedy, TV Gigs

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday that a part-time municipal court judge cannot also have a side career as an actor and comedian at the same time, clarifying the limitations on extrajudicial activities for state judges.
