USPTO Nixes Versata Bid To Rehear AIA Patent Loss

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office last week denied Versata Development Group Inc.'s request for reconsideration of a ruling invalidating its product pricing method patent, closing the book on the first case to be decided under the America Invents Act's new business method review program.
