Contractors Want Coal Plant's Stay Lifted For Arbitration

Law360, Wilmington (September 19, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Contractors involved in a long-running dispute with Longview Power LLC over its troubled $2 billion coal plant urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge Wednesday to let them resume ongoing arbitration and stop the company from drawing on $59 million in disputed letters of credit.
