Seagate Loses 2nd Bid To Toss Age Bias Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. federal judge has dismissed a motion by Seagate Technology LLC to challenge his earlier order shooting down the company's attempt to throw out plaintiffs from a putative age discrimination class action.

Minnesota District Judge Michael Davis ruled Thursday Seagate had no basis for seeking an interlocutory appeal of his November order that denied the company's motion to toss 19 of the 21 plaintiffs from the employment suit.
