Australian Gov't Scraps Independent Climate Commission

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 1:44 PM EDT) -- Australia's newly elected conservative ruling coalition on Thursday dissolved an independent climate change commission created to provide the federal government and the public with independent advice, further dismantling environmental policies enacted by the previous administration.
