Aircraft Parts Co.'s IP Claims Headed To Bankruptcy Court

Law360, Philadelphia (September 20, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Thursday that a bankruptcy court should decide whether counterclaims in the Pennsylvania case that accuse aircraft parts manufacturer AVStar Fuel Systems Inc. of trademark infringement violate an injunction barring suits against AVStar during its Chapter 11 restructuring.
