8th Circ. Delays Minn. Home Care Workers Unionization Law

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Thursday halted the implementation of a Minnesota law permitting in-home care workers to unionize until the U.S. Supreme Court decides whether to take up a case over a similar law in Illinois.
