Ohio Sen. Presses USDA On Chinese-Chicken Import Plan

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, questioned the U.S. Department of Agriculture on Thursday as to whether agency inspectors would be present at the Chinese facilities recently allowed to export poultry to the U.S., joining a chorus of criticism over the approvals.
