Bingham Takes Ex-Associate's Bias Suit To High Court

Law360, Los Angeles (September 20, 2013, 4:20 PM EDT) -- Bingham McCutchen LLP on Tuesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a California state court’s decision refusing to compel arbitration in a wrongful termination disability bias suit brought by a former associate who said she was fired after developing a rare sleep disorder.
