Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 9:48 PM EDT) -- A fastener manufacturer asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday whether a case heard by the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board can be relitigated in district court, challenging an Eighth Circuit ruling that a TTAB ruling in its favor carried no weight in a later trademark suit.
