Jailed MBC Trio Accused Anew Of Securities Fraud

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission filed further complaints Friday against three people convicted last summer in connection with Mutual Benefits Corp.'s alleged massive offering fraud that bilked investors worldwide of more than $1 billion.
