High Court Asked To Review Fla.'s PAC Campaign Rules

Law360, Miami (September 20, 2013, 8:36 PM EDT) -- A group of Florida voters is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review an Eleventh Circuit decision upholding the state's requirements of campaign finance disclosures and advertising disclaimers from political action committees, saying the decision is contrary to the high court's Citizens United ruling.
