Tobacco Cos. Want FDA Menthol Report Tossed

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- Two top tobacco companies asked a Washington, D.C., judge on Friday to block the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's continued use of a critical report on menthol cigarettes purportedly tainted by biased committee members, secret meetings and the influence of special interests.
