Poland Power Giant Hands Off 30% Stake In Nuclear Unit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 23, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA, Poland's top power producer, on Monday announced it had reached an agreement to sell off a 30 percent stake in its nuclear power arm to three state-owned companies, taking another step forward in its plan to develop the country's first nuclear energy plant.
