BLM Well Inspection Process Ignores Enviro Risks, GAO Says

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 9:49 PM EDT) -- The Bureau of Land Management has failed to keep adequate data on inspections performed on federal oil and gas wells, and therefore may have ignored environmental risks, according to a report released Monday by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
